Keep the question specific
A service guide should explain the tasks, exclusions and decisions relevant to that service. A city page should add local data and a useful calculation. We avoid filling pages with unrelated descriptions of a city or repeating the same advice under different service names.
Separate evidence from assumptions
We distinguish published prices, advertised requested rates, calculator assumptions and illustrative examples. A sample of company prices is not described as the whole market. A profile count is not presented as a verified rate sample size.
Sources are linked close to the relevant information where practical. Reader estimates and providers’ quotations remain separate.
Explain how content is prepared
AI-assisted drafting may be used to organise and write material. It does not establish that a person tested a product, visited a property, interviewed a provider or verified a qualification. Such claims require actual supporting work.
Published bylines and reviewer descriptions must reflect the people or organisations responsible for the page. We do not create fictional expert credentials or claim a professional review that did not occur.
Handle commercial relationships openly
Data attribution, editorial references and paid placements serve different purposes. Paid placements and affiliate links should be identified where they appear. Ownership or other material relationships with a referenced business should also be disclosed clearly.
A source’s presence in a comparison does not mean its service has been tested or endorsed. Sponsorship must not be disguised as a neutral review or change an observed price.
Correct material errors
Corrections may involve a price, date, tax basis, service definition or formula. A source refresh date should not be changed when the refresh fails. Page revision dates should reflect a meaningful content change.
To report an issue, use Contact, identify the page and explain what needs checking. Company representatives can supply an updated public pricing URL; inclusion does not guarantee a favourable comparison.
